Vice President Sales and Relationship Manager (f/m/d)

Task / Responsibilities
•    Business developer with demonstrated track record of delivering or exceeding targets with both new and existing portfolio of clients 
•    Possess senior business relationships in the industry with the ability to cultivate strategic relationships with Senior Executives and key decision makers
•    Responsible for prospecting new clients as well as identifying opportunities with  existing  portfolio of marquee global custodian, global broker dealer  and  universal bank clients based in North America
•    Develop, own, drive and deliver client strategy for assigned portfolio
•    Build pipeline  based on a deep knowledge of the client’s strategy, regulatory environment and the Clearstream suite of products
•    Coordinate and drive end-to-end global client relationship by leveraging Clearstream products and delivery sites
•    Effectively  communicate Clearstreams value proposition through proposals and consultative exchanges with clients and industry
•    Oversee successful conversion of  mandates, by collaborating with implementation, product, operational and client service teams
•    Market visible with Market profile, track record of event attendance and representation
•    Track record of leadership and  junior staff mentoring

Qualifications / Required skills
•    Strong business development acumen
•    Strong presenting skills and the ability to generate leads through an understanding of the client’s needs and strategy
•    Success in building a pipeline along with  a proven track record of converting opportunities to realized mandates
•    Proven ability to cultivate existing relationships and originate new business to reach challenging revenue growth targets
•    Knowledge of custody and settlement environment, including products, business environment and drivers

     Strong knowledge required of securities finance, including collateral management, repo, financing structures, securities lending and emerging regulation regarding margin collateral 
•    Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts
•    Ability to successfully collaborate with a geographically disperse set of partners to deliver client excellence  
•    Strong account planning and account management capability – aligning client strategy with Clearstream’ s solutions to drive deep and long-lasting revenue relationships with clients
•    University degree in Business Administration, Finance or relevant
•    English proficiency.  Knowledge of Spanish or French preferred
