Client Account Management Officer – 1 year FTC (f/m/d)

Tasks/responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for looking after existing customers in CEE, Russia and CIS by offering the best support and solutions for their business demand.
- Manage relationships with customers, including contractual negotiations
- Analyse and monitor customers’ financial conditions and business model
- Support projects in the organization
- Support and involve Clearstream Senior Management in their aim to strengthen the company relations with its clients
- Work closely with the respective Relationship & Sales Manager
Qualifications/required skills
- University degree in business studies or comparable qualification
- Sales and Relationship Management experience in securities services or similar
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- Goal oriented, team player and customer focussed
- Competitor overview and market knowledge
- Willingness to travel
- Presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English & Russian
- Additional languages, such as German or any other regional (Eastern) language would be considered an advantage
