LuxCSD Corporate and Outsourcing Administrator – 1 year FTC (f/m/d)

Field of activity 

LuxCSD provides Luxembourg’s financial community with issuance and central bank money settlement as well as custody services for a wide range of securities including investment funds. The central securities depository (CSD) was incorporated in July 2010 and is jointly owned by the Banque centrale du Luxembourg (BCL) and Clearstream International. LuxCSD is also a fully accredited Local Operating Unit (LOU) to issue Legal Entity Identifiers (LEI) for 37 jurisdictions. The candidate will join the existing LuxCSD Corporate and Outsourcing team and focus on company governance including:

Tasks/Responsibilities

• Assist the management of company governance activities required to fulfil legal and regulatory requirements
• Support approval of policies and procedures and documentation of LuxCSD decision making
• Take committee minutes, record decisions and document actions to be taken for LuxCSD managerial (non-Board) activities 
• Follow up on implementation of decisions and deliverables as necessary to ensure compliance with obligations
• Keep records for LuxCSD’s regulatory correspondence in the appropriate data base
• Perform regular and timely administration of corporate contracts in the relevant database
• Provide back up for other team members as necessary

Qualifications/required skills

• University degree in law or business administration is preferred
• Prior experience in either regulatory compliance, company secretary, governance or related corporate activity
• You are self-motivated with good communication, administrative and legal knowledge
• Good analytical skills and accuracy are a must
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory; French, German and Luxembourgish are an asset
