Internships – HR and Communications (f/m/d)
Start: | Duration: 6 (in months) | Full-time
We are regularly looking for interns in in the HR and Communication departments. In a diverse, dynamic and constantly changing environment, you will learn and apply processes, tools, get the opportunity to take part in daily activities and propose creative solutions.
Human Resources
- Participate in all HR related activities (e.g. recruitment, organisation of interviews, on boarding, HR administration and time management)
- Support and advise employees with holiday requests, work certificates, reference letters etc.
- Update of procedures
- Extensive communication with current interns, employees and external candidates
- Respect confidentiality, show discretion and professionalism
- Specific requirement: Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Corporate communications
- Extensive internal communication: responsibilities include getting in touch with specialist departments, collecting information from various sources (internal and external), drafting articles, following-up with approval loops and their publication.
- Specific requirement: Excellent writing skills in both English and German
Requirements
- You must be enrolled in a relevant academic programme (e.g. Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology or similar) recognised by the state and must have completed at least the first 2 years of your university studies (please attach the copy of your certificate of enrolment)
- Your internship must be covered by internship agreement
- Motivated, eager to learn and can adapt fast in a complex and high value-added environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone, Flexibility, proactivity and ability to multitask
- meeting)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (French or German would be an asset)
- Good command of MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
- For non-European Union students, please attach the copy of your current student visa.
