Intern – Insurance Luxembourg (f/m/d)

Field of activity

As an Intern in Insurance, you will be actively taking part in our process, while we are offering you diverse, interesting and above all challenging tasks.

Your responsibilities

• To support the handling of insurance related requests
• To file and retrieve insurance contracts in SAP CLM and/ or physical folders
• To support the invoice payment process
• To create insurance related overviews, reports and presentations
• To analyse and prepare data
• To support updating and developing the Insurance Unit’s SharePoint Intranet presence

Our requirements

• You have completed at least the first 2 years of your university studies preferable in Economics, Business Management, Law or similar OR have graduated for less than 2 years.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English. German would be desirable. French is a plus.
• Competent handling of MS-Office application and an experience in SAP is an asset
• If not European Union student, please attach the copy of your current student visa.
• Please mention your availability as well as the earliest possible starting date
• Please mention if your university can provide us with Internship Agreement
