Tasks/responsibilities
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall strategy
- Analyze trends and metrics
- Advise line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
- Being the “trusted person” for line management and employees for development topics
- Establish and ensure a robust talent management process
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with management, employees and social partners to improve work environment and employee experience
- Deliver on business critical HR projects
- Act as a “Change Management Ambassador” within the company
- Support employee well-being, diversity and inclusion initiatives
Required Skills/Abilities
- Ideally, holder of a University degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
- 5 years of working experience, preferably in an international financial sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Very good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong collaboration and adaptation skills, ability to work in a matrix organisation
- Good knowledge of employment law and regulations to ensure regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Establish a solid and trusted network with internal and external customers/stakeholders
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and French, German is a strong asset
