Tasks/responsibilities

  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall strategy
  • Analyze trends and metrics 
  • Advise line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
  • Being the “trusted person” for line management and employees for development topics 
  • Establish and ensure a robust talent management process 
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management 
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. 
  • Work closely with management, employees and social partners to improve work environment and employee experience
  • Deliver on business critical HR projects
  • Act as a “Change Management Ambassador” within the company
  • Support employee well-being, diversity and inclusion initiatives

 

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Ideally, holder of a University degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field 
  • 5 years of working experience, preferably in an international financial sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate high level of integrity and confidentiality 
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Very good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration and adaptation skills, ability to work in a matrix organisation
  • Good knowledge of employment law and regulations to ensure regulatory compliance 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Establish a solid and trusted network with internal and external customers/stakeholders
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and French, German is a strong asset
