REGIS-TR is a central trade repository for trades and transactions across multiple product classes and jurisdictions. The trade repository is open to financial and non-financial institutions and services all of the major regulatory reporting obligations in Europe. REGIS-TR collects and administers details of trades and transactions reported by its clients to give market participants and regulators an aggregated view of positions in compliance with the appropriate regulations. REGIS-TR is already progressing well towards its goal of becoming a one-stop-shop for regulatory reporting requirements, complementing its core services.
Tasks/responsibilities
- Maintain an inventory of outsourcing and other contractual relationships
- Manage contracts in line with outsourcing policies and procedures
- Identify and report service levels and KPI’s from outsourcing contracts
- Coordinate with different areas (Legal, Business owner) with regards to contractual updates and amendments
- Perform annual risk assessments of contractual service providers
- Log, review and reconcile all incoming invoices against approved contracts and obtaining their approval, including inter-company charges
- Maintain an inventory of external resources, and raise corresponding Purchase Orders
- Support the tracking of internal audit findings, in accordance with internal policies and procedures
- Support the annual statutory audit and coordinate as appropriate with internal and external stakeholders, including the statutory auditor
- Support of other ad-hoc tasks as required
Qualifications/required skills
- University degree in law or business administration, with 1-2 years’ experience working within business administration environment
- Ability to work in a project environment, multi-task, and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities
- Strong team player willing to cooperate with multiple colleagues across departments and office locations, and also external vendors and stakeholders
- Self-motivated and strong ability to handle multiple different tasks, with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent command of MS Office applications
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory
- Knowledge of an additional language (French, Spanish) would be considered an asset
