Specialist Regulatory Capital Planning (f/m/d)

Field of activity
Team Regulatory Capital Planning is responsible for defining and monitoring a group wide capital planning approach taking into account current and future regulatory capital requirements (e.g. CRR, CRD, CSDR, BRRD etc.). This role proactively monitors regulatory changes that affect the capital requirements and will make sure that all (regulated) legal entities within the group adhere to the set policy. Furthermore, the team ensures that the capital planning process is consistent with the overall Group budgeting and liquidity planning cycle. In addition, the team assesses and monitors appropriate capital allocation within Deutsche Börse Group and is responsible for respective dividend streams.
Tasks/responsibilities
- Responsible for the capital planning process of regulated legal entities of Deutsche Börse Group
- Monitoring adherence of current and future regulatory requirements
- Key contact towards other stakeholders within the group (Risk, Controlling, Treasury, Compliance, Legal etc.)
- Pro-active approach in monitoring business changes that impact the Group’s capital position
- Support of Group Projects and Initiatives (e.g. M&A, process automation), thereby ensuring a compliant implementation of those with respect to capital requirements
Qualifications/required skills
- University degree in economics and/or a relevant comparable qualification
- Regulatory knowledge with focus on capital requirements (i.a. CRR, CRD, CSDR, BRRD, KWG)
- Very high flexibility and ability to cope with stress
- Strong analytical skills and a very high level of individual initiative
- Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
