Field of activity
Corporate IT is the Enterprise IT of Deutsche Boerse Group, developing and operating IT services for all corporate functions, as well as the data warehouses and reference data / master data applications which provide security, price and corporate action data for the cash, post- and pre-trade processes. We are passionate in running our existing IT landscape and exploring every day what makes DBG as a company, run better – simplify and automate processes. We are driven by user experience, performance, stable operations, and a high degree of Information Security and Compliance. You would be joining a team which is dynamic, customer and technology oriented.
Our mission is simple – Make IT Run! With more than 1800 colleagues in IT – we design, build and operate applications and the supporting technological infrastructure. For ourselves, and partner exchanges around the world.
 
Tasks/responsibilities

  • Timely creation, review and maintenance of various documents
  • Security Concepts and Security Scope Documents
  • Security Baseline Documents for automatic compliance configuration scans
  • Operation Handbooks
  • Incident-, Change- and Problem Management descriptions
  • Process Governance for IT Asset-, Configuration- and Software License Management
  • In your role you will assist in the Server Operation Governance process

 
Qualifications/required skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science
  • Knowledge of major Operating systems like Linux (SUSE, RedHat) and Windows Server
  • Infrastructure Knowlegde including major communication protocols
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Expertise in client-server architecture
  • ISO/IEC 27002 knowledge or any equivalent information security management knowledge
  • Ability to search information on his/her own
  • Risk management skills
  • Working with different teams (including sometime business)
  • Governance or compliance background is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is mandatory. Knowledge of German is an advantage
