As an international central securities depository (ICSD) headquartered in Luxembourg, Clearstream Banking S.A. operates the post-trading business – i.e. issuance, settlement and custody – for the Eurobond market and services for securities from over 55 domestic markets worldwide.
Field of activity
In a dynamic, client and technology-oriented environment with growing supervisory challenges, you will be in charge for the Regulatory Reporting to Luxembourg Authorities. You will be in charge for the ongoing maintenance and development of the reporting systems. Furthermore, you will analyze business projects and secure, that any impact of those on regulatory reporting is captured and the aspects are taken into account during implementation.
In addition, you will be in handling the day-to-day relation with supervisors/regulators of the Luxembourg based entities.
Tasks/responsibilities
- Preparation and transmission of dedicated reports to Luxemburgish Authorities
- Participation in business projects by analysing any impact on regulatory reporting and formulating respective requirements towards the business projects
- Analysis of new or developing regulations
- Transformation of external rules into business specifications
- Execution of testing of regulatory reporting software
- Work on special regulatory tasks on an ad hoc basis
Qualifications/required skills
- Holder of a University degree in accounting, finance or related
- Ideally 2 to 3 years of work experience in Regulatory Reporting in a banking institution
- We are open to profiles with no prior experience but advanced Excel skills is a must
- Advanced knowledge in banking regulations, regulatory reporting and Excel
- Experience in usage of regulatory reporting and / or accounting software and its functional details
- Good accounting knowledge – especially on IFRS
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory. French and/or German will be an asset
