- Regulatory compliance in a variety of fields, including finance and information technology
- Development and implementation of control processes in line with regulation and in a business friendly manner
- Management of the team responsible for the above-mentioned functions

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in a regulatory, audit, oversight or controlling position
- Exposure to private markets experience
- Knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment concerning AIFMs would be an asset
- Analytical and communication skills
- Ability to integrate in a dynamic and multi-cultural growing team
- Committed to meet tight deadlines with high standards of quality
- Well-organized, self-driven and detail-oriented
- Excellent management skills
- Flexible in adapting his/her role to the business needs
- Fluent in English
