The Project Management team is part of the bank’s Technology & Projects department. It is responsible for managing the bank’s project portfolio and framework, and the delivery of prioritised projects. As a member of the Project Office team, you will have the overall responsibility for the successful management of various projects along the entire project lifecycle.
The Project Management Senior Officer will be responsible for the following activities:

Manage all aspects of the bank’s projects to ensure consistent and successful delivery
Lead interdisciplinary projects, many with a focus on IT
Proactively track the project status and progress throughout the project lifecycle
Internal and external project communication and reporting at all levels, including steering committee meetings, workshops and other project meetings
Support the bank’s change management and agile requirements delivery framework
Support business units and product managers in the creation of effective and sustainable solutions



University degree in banking, business administration, economics, law, or an equivalent degree
Any certification in project management is considered a plus
Proven hands-on experience in project management, ideally in the banking or financial industry
Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques
Proven experience in leading IT-related projects, including a sound understanding of the IT environment
Experience in managing cross-functional project teams in a matrix organisation
Good IT and systems knowledge
Proficient user of MS Office tools



Ability to apply traditional and agile planning and implementation methods
Pronounced planning and organisational skills
Outstanding interpersonal, communication and management skills
Proactive, reliable and organised
Excellence in dealing with various internal and external stakeholders on all levels
Experience in working in an international environment
Ability to perform and collaborate efficiently under deadlines and with multiple priorities
Accurate working style and attention to details
Sound negotiation skills
Comfortable in working in a fast-moving environment with a high number of ongoing projects and changes
Fluency in English; other European languages, particularly German, French or Spanish, are advantageous
