On this basis, we work together with all major auditing firms, banks and law firms in Luxembourg for the benefit of our clients.

To facilitate our company’s growth, we are currently looking for:

Senior Accountant Private Equity

Your Responsibilities

• Support in managing the daily accounting operations of our Luxembourgish companies
• Preparation of annual accounts according to LUXGAAP or IFRS
• Preparing consolidated annual accounts according to LUXGAAP or IFRS
• Preparing required financial statements on a regular basis
• Preparing and participating in client/board and shareholders‘ meetings
• Supervising and coaching of junior accountants
• Liaising closely with tax specialists, audit firms, lawyers and asset managers

Your Profile

• You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or similar qualification
• You have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the fields of accounting, domiciliation or audit in Luxembourg
• You have strong knowledge of national and international accounting standards
• You are proficient in preparing consolidated accounts
• You have the ability to provide efficient, timely and courteous service to clients
• You have excellent skills in Excel
• You are fluent in English and German
