Private Equity / Real Estate Investment Manager (m/f)

VP Fund Solutions (Luxembourg) SA, the Group’s Luxembourg Fund Management Company, is looking for a full-time Private Equity / Real Estate Investment Manager (m/f) on a permanent basis.

Your Challenge

• Execution of Portfolio Management duties with regard to Alternative Investments, especially, but not limited to, Private Equity and Real Estate. This includes working with external advisors, reviewing investments, considering various strategies and restrictions, analyzing performance data as well as monitoring financials
• Coordination and execution of investment transactions respecting compliance and legal requirements
• Monitoring and supervising delegated service providers‘ duties and responsibilities
• Escalation of issues relating to performance, operations and compliance and legal concerns with regard to investments and portfolios
• Preparation of investment reports for various committees, board meetings, advisory boards and other recipients
• Supporting client and fund onboarding and project management / fund set up
• Carrying out Due Diligence on delegated counterparties and investments
• Performing investment controlling on underlying investment- and SPV- structures, prepare KPIs on regular basis. Perform valuation on investments

Your Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in PERE asset management – especially deep knowledge in Private Equity and Real Estate is mandatory
• Master degree in economics or finance and additional relevant qualifications relating to illiquid alternative assets
• Understanding the life cycle of PERE funds
• Experience in Portfolio development, -controlling, -monitoring, -management and -reporting as well as cooperating with and supervision of delegated counterparties like Investment Advisors
• Experience in setting up and monitoring of investment-, M&A-, SPV structures in an international context
• Basic knowledge of relevant regulatory context of fund structures, -set ups
• Strong communicator, able to convince others, are highly analytical and well organized
• Willingness to travel
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory, French is considered as an advantage
