Field of activity
Income Luxembourg is handling and processing all types of Income events on securities held within Clearstream (e.g. interest, dividend, redemption, pool factor, drawing and redemption on nominal value). Working in a dynamic international team of experienced people, you will contribute to deliver high quality service to our customers by paying accurately and on time.
Tasks/responsibilities
- Daily reconciliation of income payments and investigation with our depositories
- Processing and monitoring of payments, validation of the existing information/data in the Market
- Releasing timely and accurate notifications to our customers
- Active follow up of missing data by using internal and external sources
- Strengthening of relationships with Paying Agents and depositories
- Supporting the customer service by handling requests regarding Income events paid by OIL (chasing details, method of computation, missing events, etc…)
Qualifications/required skills
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree programme with a recognized institution focusing on Business, Finance, Economics or similar and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a Bachelor’s degree or similar for no more than 6 months
- Minimum of 2-year experience in Middle/Back Office
- Good knowledge of Fixed Income assets and related custody services, including tax considerations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure, willingness to work flexible hours
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; French/German language skills will be an asset
