Field of activity
In the position as an Intern – Purchasing & Fleet Management, you will support the Luxembourg team with handling mainly the completely invoicing process. This internship will give you a view on the Fleet Management processes and the used tool for maintaining the whole Deutsche Börse Group Company Cars.
Tasks/ responsibilities
- Support the commercial contract management, operational management of leasing contracts and Fleet customer support
- Preparation/verification of incoming invoices and monitoring
- Assistance of insurance cases with associated invoices
- Assistance of the car return process with associated invoices and monitoring
- Driver license verification
- Police letter process
Qualifications/ required skills
- You are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree programme with a recognized institution with a focus on Business Administration, Accounting or similar and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a bachelor’s degree or similar for no more than 6 months
- Good organization skills, multitasking
- Strong interpersonal and organisation skills
- Accounting skills will be an asset
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to work proactively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, keep to tight deadlines and detail focused
- Good level of MS-Office applications (especially Excel)
- Proficient in German and English is a must and any other language is an asset (verbal and written)
