Intern – Purchasing – Fleet Management (f/m/d)

Field of activity
In the position as an Intern – Purchasing & Fleet Management, you will support the Luxembourg team with handling mainly the completely invoicing process. This internship will give you a view on the Fleet Management processes and the used tool for maintaining the whole Deutsche Börse Group Company Cars.
 

Tasks/ responsibilities

  • Support the commercial contract management, operational management of leasing contracts and Fleet customer support
  • Preparation/verification of incoming invoices and monitoring
  • Assistance of insurance cases with associated invoices
  • Assistance of the car return process with associated invoices and monitoring
  • Driver license verification
  • Police letter process

 

Qualifications/ required skills

  • You are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree programme with a recognized institution with a focus on Business Administration, Accounting or similar and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a bachelor’s degree or similar for no more than 6 months
  • Good organization skills, multitasking
  • Strong interpersonal and organisation skills
  • Accounting skills will be an asset
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Ability to work proactively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, keep to tight deadlines and detail focused
  • Good level of MS-Office applications (especially Excel)
  • Proficient in German and English is a must and any other language is an asset (verbal and written)

 

Start date: 1 July 2021

Duration: 6 months full-time
