Intern – Product Management – Regis TR (f/m/d)

Field of activity

As an Intern in REGIS-TR S.A., you will be actively taking part in our process, while we are offering you diverse, interesting and above all challenging tasks.

Your responsibilities

• General and administrative support to the REGIS-TR team in Luxembourg across Product Management, Compliance and General Management
• Product and project support for regulatory reporting initiatives, particularly MIFIR, REMIT, ElCom FinfraG and SFTR regulations
• Product roadmap maintenance support to the product manager
• Product pricing support to the product manager
• Client segmentation analysis
• Management of invoice processing for marketing and product events
• Management of dunning process for clients who are late in paying their invoices
• Management of travel expenses for REGIS-TR’s representatives
• Collecting KPI’s from different outsourcing areas, and entering them into a KPI tool
• Producing KPI reports, and performing analyses
• Maintenance of contractual agreements, including electronic and physical archiving and indexing
• Support to prepare annual and ad-hoc outsourcing risk assessments
• Support of the statutory annual audit, providing documents to auditors.

Our requirements

• You have completed at least 2 years of your university studies in Business Administration, Finance, Legal or similar OR have graduated for less than 2 years

• Excellent Microsoft office skills
• Database skills would be an advantage
• Adaptability, ability to work in team, multitasking
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a must, any additional language will be considered as an asset
