Intern – Insurance (f/m/d)

Field of activity

As an Intern in Insurance, you will be actively taking part in our process, while we are offering you diverse, interesting and above all challenging tasks.

Your responsibilities
 

•    To support the handling of insurance related requests
•    To file and retrieve insurance contracts in SAP CLM and/ or physical folders
•    To support the invoice payment process 
•    To create insurance related overviews, reports and presentations 
•    To analyse and prepare data
•    To support updating and developing the Insurance Unit’s SharePoint Intranet presence 
•    To support ad-hoc projects

Our requirements

•    You must be enrolled in an academic programme recognised by the state and must have completed at least the first 2 years of your university studies, preferably Economics, Business Management, Law OR you have graduated within 2 years
•    Fluent in both written and spoken English. German would be desirable. French is a plus
•    Competent handling of MS-Office application and an experience in SAP is an asset
•    You should be enthusiastic, proactive  and well organised, with an eye for details
•    You should be able to work independently as well as be a great team-player
•    Interest in Insurance related topics and financial markets would be desirable
