Field of activity
As an Intern in Insurance, you will be actively taking part in our processes, while we are offering you diverse, interesting and above all challenging tasks.
Tasks/responsibilities
- Support the handling of insurance related requests
- File and retrieve insurance contracts in SAP CLM and/ or physical folders
- Support the invoice payment process
- Create insurance related overviews, reports and presentations
- Analyse and prepare data
- Support updating and developing the Insurance Unit’s SharePoint Intranet presence
- Support ad-hoc projects
Qualifications/required skills
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree programme with a recognized institution and canprovide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a Bachelor’s degree or similar for no more than 6 months
- Competent handling of MS-Office applications. Experience in SAP is an asset
- You should be enthusiastic, proactive and well organised, with an eye for details
- You should be able to work independently as well as be a great team-player
- Interest in Insurance related topics and financial markets would be desirable
- Fluent in both written and spoken English. Knowledge of German and/ or French would be an asset
