Intern – Information Security Analyst SIEM (f/m/d)

Working in the Information Security Department, and more precisely in the CERT team, you will study the use of a next-generation SIEM Platform for Information Security in the DBG IT Environment.

Your responsibilities

• Support the integration of a next-generation SIEM with existing security tools
• Support the development of use-cases to identify information security incidents
• Support the onboarding of logs needed for the use-cases defined in the tool
• Define the incident response plans for alerts raised by the use-cases
• Test and tune the SIEM use-cases to ensure that alerts received are actionable
• Perform alert monitoring, investigation, and escalation when needed

Our requirements

• You must have completed at least the first 2 years of your university studies (with a focus on IT/Security/Computer Engineering) OR you have graduated for lees than 2 years
• You should have a good knowledge in IT security
• You should be willing to learn
• You should have a good team spirit being however able to evolve autonomously
• Proficient in English is mandatory, French and/or German are an asset
