Head of Unit – Group Credit (f/m/d)
Full-time | Permanent
Tasks/Responsibilities
- Leading and developing a team responsible for measuring, monitoring and reporting credit risks.
- Designing, developing and improving qualitative and quantitative frameworks for credit risk monitoring and control.
- Managing and overseeing implementation and adherence to the established risk control indicators and measures.
- Designing and transforming the credit risk monitoring infrastructure with focus on efficiency, effectiveness and analytics.
- Advising on new business initiatives, projects and products of relevance to credit & counterparty credit risk.
- Reviewing and assessing the impact of new regulations and guidelines on credit risk issued by relevant authorities in Luxembourg, Frankfurt and Singapore.
Qualifications/skills
- Holder of a higher education (e.g. Master’s degree) in Finance, Economics or related
- Minimum professional experience of 5 years
- Experience in leading a team is desirable
- Proficient in English. French or German is an asset
