Our client, a french asset management company in Luxembourg, is looking for a “Head of Fund Management (m/f/d)” for their office in Luxembourg.   Your responsibilities: Leading a team of 4 fund managers Analysing potential transactions (real estate, structuring and financial perspectives) Financial modelling of potential transactions Calculation of distributions and financial returns Creating and updating the business plans, which are based on real estate assets Checking the performance of portfolio assets Managing cash flows & monthly cash overviews by fund Reviewing of the NAV and of statutory & consolidated accounts Banking and regulatory reportings (CSSF, AIFM, EMIR) Implementation and negotiation of bank financing   Your profile: University degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar field (related to real estate fund) Advanced knowledge in fund management and accounting Profound knowledge in financial modelling Strong organization skills, attention to detail, ability to work autonomously Fluency in English, German will be considered an advantage   If you are interested in this position and meet the job requirements of our client, please forward your CV + salary expectations to jobs.lu We look …
