What it’s about
To strengthen our team in Luxembourg, we are looking for a candidate to join as a Depositary Specialist (Junior AIFM Oversight & Controlling). In this role you will be responsible for fulfilling the duties of a depositary under AIFMD, with a focus on the oversight function, including NAV oversight. You will be offered the possibility to develop specialist depositary knowledge covering the universe of private markets Investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Depository services for private equity funds
- Performance of oversight checks and controls in accordance with AIFMD requirements, including: Monitoring of bank accounts Cash Flow Reconciliations; Monitoring of the NAV validation and sign-off process; Monitoring of the Registrar and Transfer Agent activities
- Development, implementation and maintenance of control procedure systems
What we expect
Requirements:
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in AIFMD, with exposure to private markets being an asset
- Experience with building and implementing an oversight or a control framework
- Knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory environment
- Possesses analytical and communication skills
- Ability to integrate in a dynamic and multi-cultural growing team
- Committed to meeting tight deadlines with high standards of quality
- Well-organized, hardworking and self-driven
- Detail oriented whilst able to see the bigger picture
- Fluent in English
