German Speaking Accountant – Real Estate (m/f/d)

Our client is an International Real Estate Investment company established in Luxembourg and looking for a German speaking „Accountant – Real Estate“ to join its team.

Your tasks:
Supervise the accounting department to fulfil the financial objectives
Liaise with clients, auditing companies and business partners
Creation of accounting and financial statements as well as sales tax reports
Advise international clients according to LuxGAAP, IFRS and HGB regulation
Cash management, arranging payments and regular bank reconciliations
Daily accounting, account management and voting

Your profile:
You hold a degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounting / Controlling or similar position
Knowledge of international and Luxembourgish accounting regulations (LuxGAAP, IFRS, HGB)
Fluent in German and English, other language will be an asset
Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
Organizational and analytical skills
