Clearstream Banking S. A.
As an international central securities depository (ICSD) headquartered in Luxembourg, Clearstream Banking S.A. operates the post-trading business – i.e. issuance, settlement and custody – for the Eurobond market and services for securities from over 55 domestic markets worldwide.
Field of Activity
You’ll be working in the AM Network Management team within Clearstream Fund Centre in Luxembourg. The team is responsible for the sales and relationship management with Fund Providers and negotiates distribution and service agreements and the respective legal, pricing, and operational set-up.
Tasks/responsibilities
- Negotiate distribution and platform service agreements for funds, ETFs and alternative investment funds on a global basis
- Present offering and services as well as negotiate contractual and pricing amendments
- Analyse client coverage needs and expand the universe of Fund Providers and products
- Coordinate processes with the legal, tax, compliance, audit, operations, trading and execution interfaces
- Collect and validate product, pricing and fund static data on a consistent and timely basis within the product life cycle
- Overview trailer and service fee invoices and reports, reminders and reconciliations for your Fund Provider relationships
Qualifications /required skills
- An academic background in finance or law or equivalent
- Experience in B2B client relationship management and familiar with European and international regulations for the distribution of investment funds
- A good network within the asset management industry and a solid reputation
- Very good communication and negotiation skills for agreements, pricing and presentation of new services
- A natural drive to take the initiative in order to “get things done”
- Flexible team player in an international environment
- Excellent analytical skills, numeracy literate and self-organized
- Fluent in both written and spoken English. Knowledge of German and/ or French is considered an asset
