Transaction Administrator – Securities Lending – 2 years FTC (f/m/d)

Field of activity
Global Securities Financing Operations are responsible for the day-to-day running of Clearstream Banking Triparty Collateral Management Services, including Triparty Repo and Securities Lending Services.
We are also required to support and contribute to projects and system enhancements related to the GSF products/services, Risk Management and Quality Management initiatives.
Tasks/Responsibilities
- Performs daily securities lending operations workload under variable time constraints:
- Loan input / Borrowers requests handling
- Loan recalls
- Collateral management (margin calls, collateral recalls follow-up)
- Answering customer queries
- Statistics recording and related reporting, etc.
Qualifications/required skills
- Bachelor’s level degree in business, finance or economics or comparable training
- Minimum 1-year relevant financial services experience is an asset
- Ability to think critically, assimilate new information and respond effectively in time-pressured situations or to meet tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to proactively forge effective working
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English, other languages would be an asset
